& now, the author is goin to blog bout the activities we held last saturday =D
in our skul

like usual, we got our istiadat firstly

briefing between the seniors :D

&& credits to 8 of them, the form3 members
for attending to the meeting!

After the morning istiadat, we're having some warm up =D
these are not so common exercises we did last time
those we got now is new from senior kai hong :DD

pumping due to mistakes that had made
